Dear Devotees, The Thaippoosam Festival will be observed at the Sri Kandaswamy Temple on Sunday, 1st of February 2026, with special abhisegam, poojaa and a procession of Sri Mutthukkumaaraswami and his Consorts. There will be a procession of devotees carrying "Paal Kudam" from Sri Sakthi Karpaga Vinayagar Temple, Brickfields at 4.00 a.m. to the Sri Kandaswamy Temple. In the evening, there will be a procession of Sri Mahaavalli Gajavalli Sametha Sri Mutthukkumaaraswami Perumaa
